Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Parcero collects and uses information while you use the product. This is a development draft for the Project Parcero codebase.

What we collect

• Account data: email, display name, birthdate attestation, profile fields you provide
• Technical data: IP, device/browser metadata, session and match diagnostics
• Safety data: reports, blocks, and related investigation notes

How we use it

To operate matching and video sessions, secure accounts, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account from Settings → Delete account. We email a confirmation code, then wait 30 calendar days before permanently removing your profile, messages, credits, and related account data. Signing in during that window cancels deletion. Some safety or legal records (for example audit logs) may be retained as required.

Cookies

Necessary cookies keep you signed in and protect the service. Analytics cookies (unique daily visits and approximate country from IP) are optional and only run after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change this anytime from Settings → Cookie preferences.
