1. CORE RULE

Parcero is an 18+ dating and social-discovery platform. Its purpose is to help adults discover people, form friendships and romantic connections, communicate by video and messaging, and build relationships. Parcero is not a pornography service and does not permit nudity or sexually explicit content. Dating and romantic conversation are permitted within these Guidelines. Everyone must be at least 18. Content and conduct must comply with these Guidelines and applicable law.

2. ZERO-TOLERANCE SEXUAL CONTENT

The following are prohibited:

• Any sexual content involving minors or suspected minors.
• Sexual exploitation, trafficking or coercion.
• Sexual activity involving a person who is unconscious, asleep, heavily intoxicated or unable to give meaningful consent.
• Non-consensual sexual activity.
• Incest/family sexual content.
• Bestiality.
• Sexualised torture, extreme violence or serious injury.
• Choking, strangulation, suffocation or acts creating substantial risk of death/permanent injury.
• Sexualised use or display of weapons.
• Sexual activity involving illegal drugs or controlled substances.
• Sexual activity involving urine, feces, vomit, blood or other bodily waste/fluids.
• Sexualised abuse, coercion, degradation, humiliation or abuse-themed interactions.
• Prostitution, escorting, in-person paid sexual services or arrangements for paid sexual activity.
• Sexual roleplay/fantasy scenarios.
• Sexual solicitation involving prohibited themes, even where no visual content is ultimately exchanged.
• AI-generated or manipulated sexual content where prohibited by Parcero's rules.
• Any attempt to arrange prohibited sexual content through private messages.

3. NUDITY AND SEXUALLY EXPLICIT CONTENT

All nudity is prohibited. No visible breasts, nipples, genitals, anus, buttocks or other intentionally exposed intimate areas are permitted. Sexually explicit images, video, acts, demonstrations or explicit sexual solicitation are prohibited. Romantic, affectionate and non-explicit dating conversation is permitted.

4. OTHER SAFETY PROHIBITIONS

Prohibited:

• Self-harm, suicide encouragement and dangerous injury challenges.
• Gambling, betting and games of chance involving credits or value.
• Illegal goods/services, including weapons and controlled substances.
• Fraud, scams, phishing and payment theft.
• Account takeover attempts and malicious links/software.
• Terrorist/extremist recruitment, propaganda or fundraising.
• Targeted hate, dehumanisation, discriminatory abuse or calls for violence.
• Harassment, stalking and repeated unwanted contact.
• Doxxing and exposure of private information.
• Sharing identity documents, verification information or sensitive personal data without authorisation.
• Blackmail and sextortion.
• Impersonation intended to deceive or cause harm.
• Copyright infringement.
• Unauthorised recording, broadcasting, streaming or redistribution.
• Scraping, crawling and bulk data collection.
• Unauthorised bots and automated access.
• Reverse engineering and security probing without authorisation.
• Circumventing geographic, age, payment or account controls.
• Selling, transferring or sharing accounts or credits.
• Using Parcero material for AI/ML training without written authorisation.
• Off-platform solicitation or payment diversion.

5. THIRD-PARTY PERSONS

Only the verified creator may intentionally appear in a creator session. Creators may not intentionally show another person.

6. CONSENT

Romantic and dating interactions must be voluntary and respectful. Consent does not make prohibited conduct permissible. Parcero may restrict conduct where there is a material safety or legal risk.

7. REPORTING

Use the in-platform report function. Reports may concern safety, illegal content, privacy, harassment, fraud, copyright or other violations. Parcero may take temporary protective action where there is a credible risk of harm.

8. ENFORCEMENT

Possible actions include warnings, content restriction, feature restriction, suspension, payment freeze, termination and prevention of re-registration. Serious violations may result in immediate termination.

9. APPEALS

Terminated users and creators may appeal within 7 days through the designated support route.

10. JURISDICTION

Parcero may apply additional jurisdiction-specific restrictions where required by law.
