This Privacy Policy explains how Parcero processes personal data in connection with its 18+ dating and social-discovery platform, including profiles, matching, messaging, live video conversations, payments and safety systems.

3. DATA WE MAY PROCESS

Depending on use of the service:

• account/contact details;
• date of birth and age-assurance results;
• creator identity and verification status;
• payment and transaction information;
• credit balances and usage;
• session metadata;
• ratings and friendship/block records;
• messages and reports;
• screenshots captured for safety/investigation;
• IP address, device and technical information;
• security, fraud and enforcement records;
• communications preferences;
• support interactions;
• creator earnings and payout records.

Parcero does not ordinarily retain video/audio from live sessions.

4. SENSITIVE DATA

Parcero may process information that can reveal or concern a person's sex life, sexual orientation or other special-category information where applicable. Where UK/EU law applies, Parcero will identify an Article 6 lawful basis and the applicable special-category condition before processing such data. Biometric data used for unique identification receives additional protection.

5. PURPOSES

Purposes include:

• providing and matching users/creators;
• processing payments and credits;
• calculating creator earnings;
• providing tips and payouts;
• identity and age assurance;
• safety and moderation;
• fraud and abuse prevention;
• security;
• customer support;
• legal compliance;
• dispute handling;
• reporting and appeals;
• service analytics;
• communications and marketing where lawful;
• enforcing Terms and Community Guidelines.

6. LEGAL BASES

The applicable legal basis depends on the processing and jurisdiction and may include contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests and consent. Special-category processing requires an additional lawful condition where required.

7. DATA SOURCES

Data may come directly from users/creators, from payment/identity providers such as Stripe, from technical systems, and from reports or other users.

8. SHARING

Parcero may share data with:

• Stripe and related Stripe services;
• Wise;
• email/SMS/push providers;
• cloud/infrastructure providers;
• security/fraud providers;
• professional advisers;
• regulators and law enforcement where legally permitted/required;
• successors in a corporate transaction.

Third-party providers process data under their own applicable terms and privacy notices.

9. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Parcero may process data internationally. Where UK/EU transfer rules apply, Parcero will use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism and supplementary safeguards where required.

10. RETENTION

Parcero retains data only as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, legal obligations, disputes, safety, fraud prevention and legal claims. Session metadata is retained under a defined retention schedule. Investigation screenshots are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant matter.

11. ACCOUNT DELETION

Users may request deletion of their account, subject to legally required or legitimately necessary retention.

12. ACCESS AND EXPORT

Signed-in users can download a readable HTML report of their account data (with machine-readable JSON included) from Settings → Download my data. Requests may be subject to identity verification and lawful limitations. Email privacy@parcero.live if you cannot access your account.

13. PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on jurisdiction, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent and complaint to a regulator. Rights are subject to applicable exceptions.

14. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING

Parcero may use automation for analytics and recommendations. Automated systems do not make enforcement, moderation, payout or eligibility decisions.

15. AGE ASSURANCE

Where required, Parcero may use third-party age-assurance providers. Parcero will assess vendor effectiveness and privacy compliance.

16. SECURITY

Parcero uses reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

17. MARKETING

Marketing communications are sent only with prior opt-in where required by applicable law. Users and creators can withdraw marketing consent separately from essential service communications.

19. CHILDREN

Parcero is an 18+ dating and social-discovery service and is not intended for persons under 18. Parcero uses jurisdiction-specific age assurance and access controls where required.
