Version 3.0 — 9 August 2026
Legal Pack v3.0 (9 August 2026) — counsel-approved. Parcero is an 18+ dating and social-discovery platform; all nudity and sexually explicit content are prohibited. Classification depends on actual functionality and applicable law, not merely the label used in these documents. Where these Terms conflict with mandatory law, mandatory law prevails.
1. ABOUT PARCERO
Parcero is an 18+ dating and social-discovery platform that helps adults discover compatible people, build connections, communicate by live video and messaging, and develop friendships or romantic relationships. Parcero provides matching, profile, communication, payment and safety functionality. Some participants may participate as independent creators/hosts and may receive compensation for time spent in live social interactions. Parcero does not guarantee the identity, conduct, legality, availability or representations of any participant.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the service where you are located. Parcero is designed for adult dating, friendship, companionship and social discovery. It is not intended for minors. Parcero may require age assurance or other eligibility checks where required by applicable law. Parcero may block access in jurisdictions where required controls are not legally sufficient. You may not use VPNs, proxies or other methods to circumvent geographic, age or safety controls.
3. ACCOUNTS
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, lease, sublicense, transfer or share an account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. Parcero may retain limited enforcement information after deletion where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance or legal claims.
4. MATCHING AND LIVE CONVERSATIONS
Parcero is designed to facilitate adult social discovery and dating. Users may discover compatible participants, send friend requests, exchange messages and participate in live video conversations. Parcero randomly matches users with eligible creators who are currently available. Users may end a match and request another. Creators may decline or end sessions. The free introductory video-conversation period is limited to 30 seconds per match. Parcero may change or discontinue the free introductory period prospectively. Paid live conversations are billed at 1 Parcero credit per minute of connected time, prorated continuously to the exact elapsed duration. Billing stops immediately when the connection ends. A paid conversation ends automatically when the user's credit balance reaches zero. No negative balance is created.
5. CREDITS
Credits are digital platform units. One credit represents one minute of paid live conversation. Credits may be fractional. Credits have no cash value outside Parcero, cannot be sold, transferred or redeemed for cash, and are not creator earnings. Credits are issued only after successful payment confirmation. Parcero may change credit packages and pricing prospectively, subject to applicable law. Unused credits on account closure are forfeited, subject to mandatory statutory rights.
6. TIPS
Users may send optional, user-initiated tips using Parcero credits after purchasing credits. Creators receive 80% of the value of a tip under the applicable creator compensation rules. Tips are separate from tier qualification. Tips are final once processed except for legally required or valid payment/fraud reversals.
7. CREATOR COMPENSATION
Creators do not receive user credits. Creator monetary earnings are calculated separately under the Creator Agreement. Current tier rates are Spark $0.12/minute, Glow $0.15/minute, Ember $0.18/minute and Parcero $0.22/minute. Tier qualification is based on the criteria in the Creator Agreement; daily call targets and bonus percentages do not determine tier. Cash-out terms, including the $20 minimum and the 0.5% platform cash-out fee, are set out in the Creator Agreement.
8. USER CONDUCT
You must comply with the Community Guidelines. Parcero is a dating and social-discovery service and does not permit nudity or sexually explicit content. Prohibited conduct includes illegal activity, exploitation, trafficking, non-consensual sexual activity, sexual content involving minors or suspected minors, sexualised violence, dangerous sexual activity, weapons, drugs, bodily waste, sexualised abuse/humiliation, prostitution/escort arrangements, sexual solicitation, gambling, scams, fraud, phishing, impersonation, hate, harassment, stalking, doxxing, sextortion, blackmail, illegal goods/services, account circumvention, unauthorised automation, scraping, reverse engineering, copyright infringement, and attempts to evade platform/payment controls. Romantic or dating conversations are permitted, but sexually explicit content, sexual roleplay/fantasy, nudity and arrangements for paid sexual services are prohibited. All nudity is prohibited. No visible breasts, nipples, genitals, anus, buttocks or other intentionally exposed intimate areas are permitted. Users may not record, broadcast, stream, redistribute or commercially exploit Parcero conversations unless Parcero expressly authorises the activity and all required consents exist. Users and creators may not use Parcero content, profiles, messages, screenshots or other platform material to train, fine-tune, test or develop AI/ML models without Parcero's prior written authorisation.
9. OFF-PLATFORM CIRCUMVENTION
Users and creators may not use Parcero to recruit, solicit or move paid interactions, payments or off-platform paid services off-platform.
10. FRIENDS, BLOCKING AND REPORTING
Users and creators may accept/decline friend requests and block/unfriend others without giving a reason. Parcero retains the minimum necessary friendship/block history for safety, abuse prevention and dispute handling. Reports use Parcero's ordinary reporting system. Urgent protective action may be taken where there is a credible risk of harm. EU/UK or other legally required notice-and-action mechanisms will be implemented where applicable.
11. MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT
Parcero may issue warnings, restrictions, suspensions or termination. Serious violations may result in immediate termination without prior warning. Parcero may freeze accounts and associated earnings where there is a credible indication of underage activity, identity fraud, trafficking/coercion, payment fraud, serious safety violations, criminal activity or material platform-integrity abuse. Freezes may remain for as long as reasonably necessary, with periodic review. Parcero may prevent terminated persons from creating replacement accounts, subject to privacy and applicable law. Parcero will provide a reasonably specific enforcement reason except where disclosure would compromise an investigation, security, legal process or lawful confidentiality. Terminated users and creators have a 7-day appeal route through support, including where the account has been technically blocked/deleted.
12. DATA AND SESSION RECORDS
Parcero does not retain ordinary session video/audio. Parcero may retain necessary session metadata, including account IDs, timestamps, duration, credit use, earnings, connection events and security/fraud information, for defined retention periods. A screenshot captured during a report/investigation may be retained as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant safety, legal, dispute or enforcement purpose and then deleted under the applicable retention schedule. Access/deletion requests concerning investigation material will be handled where legally required, subject to lawful exceptions.
13. PRIVACY
Parcero maintains a separate Privacy Policy incorporated into these Terms. Parcero will not appoint a dedicated DPO unless legally required, but privacy will be handled by management/legal counsel. Parcero may process sensitive information where lawful and necessary. UK/EU special-category processing requires the relevant lawful basis and special-category condition.
14. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
Parcero maintains a separate Cookie Policy. Parcero operates first-party visit analytics and, with consent, may use Google Analytics and Google Ads tags for analytics and advertising measurement. Parcero may use non-essential cookies/tracking where permitted and will obtain consent where legally required.
15. COMMUNICATIONS
Parcero may use third-party email/SMS/push providers for transactional and service communications. Marketing communications are sent only with prior opt-in (unchecked by default at account creation), and only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Marketing consent can be withdrawn separately from essential service communications.
16. AUTOMATION AND BIOMETRICS
Automated systems may support analytics/recommendations but do not make enforcement, moderation, payout or eligibility decisions. Parcero itself does not perform biometric identification; relevant identity verification may be provided by Stripe Identity.
17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Parcero and its licensors retain rights in the platform and materials. Users must not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, commercially exploit or create derivative services from the platform except where mandatory law permits.
18. REFUNDS, CANCELLATION AND DIGITAL CONTENT
Mandatory consumer rights are preserved. Before purchasing credits, users will receive a separate purchase-flow acknowledgement concerning immediate digital delivery/performance and applicable cancellation/withdrawal consequences. Parcero does not voluntarily impose tax withholding on creators except where legally mandatory.
19. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Stripe, Stripe Identity, Stripe Connect, Wise and communication providers are independent third-party services. Parcero is not responsible for their outages, restrictions, verification decisions, processing delays or other actions except where Parcero is legally responsible. Users/creators may also be subject to those providers' terms.
20. TERMINATION
Users may delete their accounts subject to applicable law. Creators may leave Parcero at any time. Parcero may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or for convenience, subject to applicable law. If a creator voluntarily deletes their account, accrued unpaid earnings are forfeited under the current business rule. Serious-violation termination also forfeits unpaid earnings. However, legally mandatory payment rights prevail. Convenience termination by Parcero does not forfeit legitimate earned earnings.
21. FRAUD AND SET-OFF
False payment/credit/refund claims, abusive chargebacks and financial fraud are prohibited. Parcero may reverse affected transactions, suspend accounts and recover losses. Parcero may offset amounts owed by a creator against future creator earnings, subject to applicable law.
22. LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parcero excludes indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary/punitive losses and loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated earnings. Parcero does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure or continuously available service. Subject to non-excludable liabilities, a user's aggregate contractual claim against Parcero is capped at the amount that user paid to Parcero during the preceding one month. A creator's aggregate contractual claim against Parcero is capped at the amount Parcero paid that creator during the preceding one month. Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
23. CREATOR INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
Creators are governed by a separate Creator Agreement. Nothing in these Terms creates employment, agency, partnership or joint venture.
24. FORCE MAJEURE
Parcero is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside its reasonable control, including major outages, cloud/provider failures, cyberattacks, natural disasters, war, government action, sanctions or changes in law, subject to non-excludable liabilities.
25. CHANGES
The latest Terms and incorporated policies will be published on the Parcero website. Changes may become effective on the stated effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance, subject to any law requiring express consent. Material changes will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
26. NOTICES
Formal notices from Parcero will be sent by email to the registered email address.
27. ASSIGNMENT
Parcero may assign or transfer the agreement in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale or similar transaction while preserving mandatory legal rights. Users and creators may not assign or transfer their accounts or contractual rights/obligations without Parcero's written consent.
28. SEVERABILITY AND NO WAIVER
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver of later enforcement.
29. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, incorporated policies and applicable agreements constitute the complete agreement concerning the service and replace prior understandings, subject to mandatory law.
30. PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Parcero does not provide legal, tax, financial, medical or other professional advice. Users and creators are responsible for obtaining professional advice where appropriate.
