Version 3.0 — 9 August 2026
1. STATUS AND SCOPE
This Creator Agreement governs participation as a Parcero creator. The creator is an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, partner or joint venturer. This contractual description is subject to mandatory local worker-status laws.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The creator/host programme is restricted to women. Eligibility is determined through Parcero's verification/onboarding requirements. Creators must be at least 18 and legally eligible to participate in an adult dating/social-discovery service in their location. Creators/hosts participate in live social and dating interactions. Parcero does not permit nudity or sexually explicit content. Creators must provide accurate identity, age, gender and other material information to Parcero. Public pseudonyms are permitted; legal identity remains privately verified.
3. VERIFICATION AND LOCATION
Creators must complete Stripe Identity or other required verification and maintain accurate payout information. Parcero may require re-verification. Creator location is determined primarily through IP-based location controls. Parcero may use other information where reasonably necessary for fraud, sanctions, payment, safety or legal compliance. Verification does not mean Parcero has certified the creator's overall legal compliance.
4. CREATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Creators are responsible for their own equipment, internet connection, environment, software and technical setup unless Parcero expressly provides otherwise. Creators control their own availability. There are no minimum working hours, guaranteed sessions, guaranteed matches or guaranteed earnings. Creators may work for other platforms/businesses. Creators are responsible for obtaining all licences, registrations, permissions, consents, insurance and other authorisations required for their activities, and for their own taxes and filings.
5. CONTENT AND CONDUCT
Creators must comply with the Terms and Community Guidelines. Parcero is a dating and social-discovery platform and does not permit nudity or sexually explicit content. Only the verified creator may intentionally appear in a live session. Another person's intentional appearance is prohibited except for accidental/incidental appearance that is promptly addressed under platform procedures. Creators may participate in romantic, affectionate and dating-oriented conversation, but may not provide sexually explicit content, sexual roleplay, nudity, prostitution/escort services, arrangements for paid sexual activity, trafficking, coercion, dangerous sexual activity, weapons, drugs, bodily waste, sexualised abuse/humiliation, fraud, harassment, hate, doxxing, sextortion or other prohibited conduct. All nudity is prohibited. No visible breasts, nipples, genitals, anus, buttocks or other intentionally exposed intimate areas are permitted. Creators must not record, redistribute or use Parcero material for AI/ML training without written authorisation. Creators must not misrepresent their identity, age, gender, location or other material characteristics.
6. RIGHTS AND CONSENTS
Creators represent that content and interactions they provide are their own or that they possess all necessary rights, permissions and consents. Creators grant Parcero the rights reasonably necessary to host, transmit, moderate, secure and operate creator content, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
7. MATCHING
Users are randomly matched with eligible creators who are currently available. Creators may decline or end sessions.
8. EARNINGS
Users pay 1 credit per minute of connected paid session time. Creators do not receive credits; they receive monetary earnings under the tier schedule below. Spark: $0.12/minute. Glow: $0.15/minute. Ember: $0.18/minute. Parcero: $0.22/minute. The applicable tier is not based on total minutes or total credits alone and is not per session. Promotion uses qualifying call volume, quality, trust/safety requirements and, for Parcero, the tip cash-out condition. A qualifying call is a call that was billed or lasted at least 120 seconds. Glow: 30 qualifying calls/day on the 7-day rolling average OR 200 lifetime qualifying calls. Ember: 50 qualifying calls/day on the 7-day rolling average OR 600 lifetime qualifying calls. Parcero: 80 qualifying calls/day on the 7-day rolling average OR 1,500 lifetime qualifying calls. Where the rolling-average path is used, quality thresholds apply: Glow: star rating >= 4.0. Ember: star rating >= 4.3. Parcero: star rating >= 4.5. Spark requires gender verification and trust status. Clean trust and safety status is required to remain promoted. Parcero additionally requires creator tip cash-out of at least $40 during the preceding 90 days. Daily call targets and bonusPct affect same-day bonuses and do not determine tier. Streak shields protect progress when a creator misses a day but do not themselves determine tier. Rates and commercial rules may change prospectively with reasonable notice where practicable. Already-credited earnings are not retroactively changed.
9. TIPS
Users may tip using Parcero credits after purchasing credits. Tips are optional and user-initiated. Creators receive 80% of tip value. Tips do not count toward tier qualification. Tip earnings are credited immediately after successful processing, subject to reversal for fraud, chargebacks or technical/payment error.
10. PAYOUTS
Creators may withdraw earnings only through an approved payout route. The normal minimum withdrawal threshold is $20. Parcero charges a flat platform cash-out fee of 0.5% of each withdrawal amount to cover processing. Third-party provider fees (for example Wise transfer fees) may apply separately and, where available, are shown before confirmation. If Stripe Connect/Wise cannot support a creator's country, account or payout status, the creator cannot withdraw until an approved route becomes available. Parcero may change or discontinue payout methods where necessary. Payout accounts should belong to the verified creator unless a provider or law permits otherwise. Creators must comply with applicable Stripe/Wise terms and maintain an eligible payout account. Parcero does not voluntarily withhold creator taxes except where legally mandatory. Creators are responsible for their own taxes. Creators receive detailed earnings history and downloadable reports. Parcero does not provide tax advice or tax statements.
11. REVERSALS AND SET-OFF
Parcero may reverse or adjust earnings for chargebacks, refunds, payment reversals, fraud, technical errors and other valid adjustments. Parcero may offset amounts owed by a creator against future earnings, subject to law.
12. FORFEITURE
If a creator voluntarily deletes their account, unpaid accrued earnings are forfeited under the current business rule. Serious-violation termination also forfeits unpaid earnings. Legitimate earned earnings remain payable where Parcero terminates the agreement for convenience, subject to normal payout controls. Mandatory legal rights prevail.
13. SUSPENSION AND FREEZE
Parcero may immediately suspend or freeze a creator and associated earnings where there is a credible indication of underage activity, identity fraud, trafficking/coercion, payment fraud, serious safety violations, criminal activity or material platform-integrity abuse. A freeze may remain for as long as reasonably necessary, with periodic review.
14. TERMINATION
Creators may terminate at any time. Parcero may terminate for serious breach, legal/safety reasons or convenience. Serious violations may result in immediate termination without prior warning. Creators have a 7-day appeal route. Parcero may provide a reasonably specific reason except where disclosure would compromise investigation, security, legal process or lawful confidentiality.
15. CONFIDENTIALITY
Creators must protect non-public Parcero information, security procedures, commercial terms, internal systems and other users'/creators' private information, except where disclosure is legally protected or required.
16. NON-SOLICITATION
Creators may not use Parcero confidential information, user data or platform data to contact or solicit Parcero users outside Parcero. Creators may not divert paid interactions, payments or off-platform paid services off-platform.
17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Creators retain ownership of their underlying content except for rights expressly granted to Parcero. Creators must not infringe third-party rights or use Parcero intellectual property except as authorised.
18. INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by law, the creator will indemnify Parcero for third-party claims, losses, fines, costs and liabilities arising from matters caused by the creator, including breach of this Agreement, illegal conduct, tax obligations, infringement of third-party rights, misrepresentation or conduct outside Parcero's control. The indemnity does not apply to liabilities caused by Parcero's own unlawful conduct or matters that cannot lawfully be shifted to the creator.
19. NO AUTHORITY
Creators have no authority to bind Parcero, enter contracts for Parcero, make guarantees on Parcero's behalf or represent themselves as Parcero personnel.
20. NO GUARANTEE
Parcero does not guarantee minimum income, matches, sessions, tips, users, work, availability or tier status.
21. INSURANCE
Creators are responsible for maintaining insurance required or reasonably appropriate for their independent activities.
22. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS
Stripe, Stripe Identity, Stripe Connect and Wise are independent providers. Creators are also subject to their applicable terms.
23. LIABILITY
Subject to non-excludable liabilities, creator claims against Parcero are generally capped at the amount Parcero paid that creator during the preceding one month. Indirect/consequential and specified economic losses are excluded to the maximum extent lawful.
24. GENERAL
Force majeure, assignment, severability, no waiver, entire agreement and electronic acceptance provisions apply. Creators may not assign the agreement or account without Parcero's written consent.
25. ACCEPTANCE
The Creator Agreement must be accepted electronically. Parcero records the accepted version and date/time.
